March Favorites

Hello everyone! It is time for march favorites, so let's start:

First things first, we're going to start with skin care. So recently I went to Bobbi Brown and after a really long talk with the girl about how dry my skin is (even though I use cream every single day) we arrived to the conclusion that I need a new cream, so I bough the Bobbi Brown Hydrating Face Cream and to go with it I also bought the Bobbi Brown Hydrating Face Tonic. So after using it for a couple of weeks I really feel that when I put it on, my skin feels much better and softer. Also between my skin care favorites it has to be this hand cream by Lush called Love and Light, I don't know why but during the day I wash my hands a lot and my skins was drying and this makes them feel so soft that actually a couple of people have told me: "OMG your hands are so soft" and I'm like: "oh thanks, you're making me blush hahaha"

Moving on to make up, I've been loving the Inimitable Volume Chanel Mascara, I actually have long eyelashes and I don't usually wear a mascara that makes your lashes extra long and this make them long enough to look natural. The next has to be this foundation also from Bobbi Brown ( I should probably do a post all about Bobbi Brown products hahah) and it doesn't dry my skins that much so I think it's cool.

Then, one of my favorite things from this month has to be the boxer braids. One day a friend of mine asked me if she could do them in my head and I was like:"yeah, sure, whatever", but then when I saw the finished look I fell in love, and after struggling a lot I kind of learnt to do them. so yeah I love them hahah.

The next thing on my favorites list is fashion, and the truth is that this month I haven't gone shopping a lot but I re-discovered a t-shirt on my closet that I bought back in September from Topshop.

Music, music, music, as you know I really love music, but lately, even though I've been listening to music, I haven't been discovering new one. But this weekend has been all about the Rolling Stones and their song "As Tears Go By" .

Okay, this month I've been crazy busy studying for my exams but every time I had a free time I read. The books that I read this month are: Anna Karenina by Tolstoy, Hot Water Music by Charles Bukowski, two comics by Jeffrey Brown called Undeleted Scenes and AEIOU or Any Easy Intimacy, The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde, Othello by Shakespeare and Lolito by Ben Brooks

Last but not least, we've got my "screen" favorites. The first one is actually a Youtuber and I've been subscribed to her since forever but lately I've been paying more attention to her and she is Claudia Sulewski, I feel like she's my alter ego but nicer.

Then, also between my "screen" favorites, there is Penny Dreadful a TV Show that I started this weekend and I'm finishing it today. It's so good. I've binge watch the 2 seasons in less than 5 days. There it goes my social life.

And finally, my last favorite is Zootopia. I went to the cinema with my little brother to watch this movie and it's so beautiful. I think everyone should watch it.

So, that is it for my March Favs and thanks for reading.

PS: Some of the products don't appear in the picture because I didn't have them with me that day.

Marc Jacobs Beauty Line Debut

Hello everyone! I know it's been a while... hahaha I feel like I start every single post like this and I'm sorry I really am. But let's jump right into the post.

Last Friday I went to Marc Jacobs Beauty Launch at Sephora and it was incredible. First of all a model called Veronica Boomer introduced the event, which consisted in a contest where a Sephora worker had to use the new Marc Jacobs products to create a swan in a models face, the first prize was to get tickets for the New York Fashion Week and the second and third were an incredible Paris Shopping Experience.

On the event we also were lucky enough to enjoy some dance, fresh cocktails and they gave us an amazing eyeliner, which by the way works perfectly.

I had an amazing time there, thank you Sephora and Marc Jacobs for being the best.

Thank you,

Favourites

Hello everyone! How are you? Today I figured out that I would do a favorites post because why not.

So without further ado, let's get started. First, I'm going to start with hair, as I told you in the previous post I'm currently loving Retread and the Sea Spray, both by Lush (yes, I know, Lush obsessed). At the begining I bought the Sea Spray because I was hearing a lot of good reviews about it from my favourite youtubers, but it's incredible.

Moving on to my skin I'm really into exfoliating, for my face I'm using the Double Duty Exfoliator+Mask by Sephora and for my body Rub Rub Rub by Lush. It's importnat to remember that you shouldn't use these products more than once or twice a week.

Next, I'm going to go into my make up fav (I only have one this month) that is the Make Up Forever: Face And Body Liquid Make Up Nº38, and I think that it's an amazing foundation because it's made by 80% water, so it's not that bad for your skin.

Relating to fashion, I'm going to start off with shoes because I've been in love with my Adidas Stan Smith, they belonged to my grandmother and when I told her that I wanted them she gave me her pair, they are a little bit used but so vintage, cute and confortable that I don't mind.
Also in my fashion favorites are the Cold Shoulder Ribbed Top from Topshop and the Ecote Natasha Playsuit in Autumn Glaze from UO and the Bambi-Bubble Mint from Traingl.

My TV Show of the month has to be or Malcolm In The Middle or One Tree Hill. They are completely different. One is a comedy about a family with 4 kids growing up and the other one is a teen drama that you can't stop watching.

Then, between the books that I read this month I'm obsessed with "All The Bright Places" by Jennifer Niven and finally my copy of "A Work In Progress" by Connor Franta arrived and I read it all in two days but once I started I couldn't stop.

Finally, the last favourite of the month it's a playlist on Spotify by E4 and it's called My Mad Fat Diary Series 1 and My Mad Fat Diary Series 2

PS: If you like this kind of posts let me know.

Thanks,
